If you should find an organizer or space on our list that does not meet our travel standards, please send us an email with complete details. Together, we can hold businesses accountable for being better human beings.

DECIDING WHAT TO DO.

As a consumer and human you have rights. Even if state laws allow discrimination in certain situations the online and consumer community is less forgiving. Here are some options you can take to resolve ongoing issues with businesses regarding discrimination, unresolved customer service complaints, or even if you felt unwelcome as a BIPOC/Latinx/LGBTQ individual. Please review all options before deciding what to do next.


TRAVEL + EXPERIENCE COMPLAINTS.

Send a report to us to notify the Travel Community and keep POC/LGBTQ Folk Safe. In some circumstances we will contact the business for comment and decide whether or not to issue a Travel Advisory to our community and/or networks. You may take this action publicly or anonymously.

  • Campgrounds, + RV Sites
  • Cannabis Dispensaries & Events
  • Restaurants, Wineries, Distilleries, Breweries, etc.
  • Travel Excursion companies
  • Rest Stops + Truck Stops
  • Travel Groups
  • Related Travel Events (Unsafe conditions, discrimination, etc.)
  • Harmful/Inappropriate/Discriminatory Venue Security
  • Travel Scams

You can also find and review the business on Google, Harvest Hosts, Trip Advisor, Yelp, etc. We recommend taking this step to begin a record of your negative experience in addition to emailing the business.


PRODUCT + SERVICES COMPLAINTS.

For unsatisfactory or unresolved customer service cases regarding Products and Services File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBC). When applicable, please make every attempt to resolve the matter with the business before filing a complaint. The BBC will prompt a response from the business and initiate correspondence.


AIR TRAVEL COMPLAINTS.

The U.S. Department of Transportation’s form to file a complaint which may include but is not limited to, topics such as discrimination, refunds, ticketing practices, family seating.
